This was a simple one, or so I thought. Tree steps for hooks for my ladder stand in the woods. And, since there are no other hunting/fishing stores in the area, off to the local Wally World I went.
WalMart has it all, don't they? Acres of groceries, miles of racks of women's clothes, ammunition of every kind - it's all there! So I went to the sporting goods department. Past the yoga mats, tread mills, baseball gloves, camouflage gear, to where the tree steps should be.
Nope. None. All gone. Sold out. Now, if I had wanted PINK CAMOUFLAGE - you guessed it - lots, plenty, a whole bunch.
Hey WalMart!! It's hunting season - a guy time of the year by the way. Next year here's a hint -
LESS PINK CAMOUFLAGE! IT'S NOT SELLING. AND DOUBLE THE ORDER FOR TREE STEPS.
